Have you ever tried Cauliflower Wings at the pub? Well, this crunchy cauliflower is so much better! Soft and tender on the inside, crispy and crunchy on the outside. That’s what these cauliflower recipe is all about!
When I think of cauliflower, I still remember coming back from school and smelling that stinging nightmarishly smell around the house. The taste itself wasn’t bad afterall, but the smell itself was enough to make you wanting to go back to school.
You’ll be surprise to know that its smell isn’t so persistent when you bake it. However, in case you really want to steam it, add a spoon of vinegar in the boiling water. The smell won’t be as persistent around the house.
When cooking vegetables, I mainly bake them in the oven, especially if I’m late. That’s so much easier compared to any other cooking tecnique. You just have to chopp and put everything on a baking tray with spices and some oil. Then forget about it for the next 20 minutes or so. You can do so many things in the meantime, especially if you don’t put a timer and just check now and then so that they won’t burn (don’t tell my husband I do that though!).
This recipe can also be so much fun, as you could literally add any of your favourite spices and herb to the breadcrumbs and get a different flavor everytime. To make it even tastier, you could add some grated parmesan or mozzarella on top!
