I love fries. I could eat fries everyday and never get bored. Nevertheless, they aren’t the healthiest choice, of course, and sometimes you’d like to have the same texture and almost same feeling but with a healthier option. This is all this recipe is about.
When I served these and my hubby was like “oh you made fries tonight, they are so good!” I knew these was the go-to recipe for fake potato fries. You won’t notice much difference, and you still will be in line with a “healthier” diet you decide to follow in January. They really go perfectly well with some ketchup or avo sauce!
“We have these weapons of mass destruction on every street corner, and they’re called donuts, cheeseburgers, French fries, potato chips, junk food. Our kids are living on a junk food diet.”
